Greenwolf construction is a sustainability-focused builder of homes, cottages, additions, and technologies. Operating out of Minden Ontario and servicing Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, Huntsville, and remote. We specialize in off-grid and off-grid capable dwellings.

How do we build in a sustainable way?
Great design is a sustainable practice with no downside! It shortens the construction time, better employs the resources that are consumed. Homes generally are designed below 1500sqft
Reducing concrete, or opting for low-carbon alternatives.
Energy Efficiency is a no-brainer requirement for a sustainable house. This means building as air tight as possible, using thick insulation, and modern appliances that work well together to preserve energy.
Reduce the use of fossil fuel and their byproducts by substituting products like spray foam or unnecessary plastics
Indoor air quality is improved by actively exchanging indoor air, and eliminating contaminants of off-gassing and CO. Use of finishes that don’t require paint.
Use materials that are local, recycled, or devoid of toxic substances as much as possible. Build on the land with the land.
